Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If there are any delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Unforeseen delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues may impact shipping times.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary based on location and customs processing. 

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Address Errors:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is entered, contact us immediately to correct it before shipping.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we can reship it at the customer’s expense or issue a refund minus the shipping costs.
