Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation policy below:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, request a return once you receive the item.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy:

  • You may return an item within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Certain items (such as personalized, clearance, or hygiene-related products) may be non-returnable—please check product descriptions before purchasing.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
