Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation policy below:
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, request a return once you receive the item.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at info@myzentemple.com with your order details.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy:
- Add a note with your order number
- You may return an item within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in resellable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
Packages Marked as Delivered
In the event that your tracking information shows your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
- Verify the shipping address provided in your order confirmation.
- Check with neighbors or your local building management.
- Contact the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, USPS) directly to confirm the GPS delivery coordinates.
Please note that My Zen Temple is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier or your local authorities if you suspect theft. If the carrier provides you with official documentation confirming the package was delivered to an incorrect address, please contact us with that proof and we'll find a solution.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in unused and original condition.
To start an exchange, email us at info@myzentemple.com with your order number.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
