All orders are processed in about 1-7 business days (depending on the item) and they are shipped immediately after processing. Of course, it all depends on your order's destination and our warehouse's location. Please consider that some of our items may take a little bit longer in order to be ready for transportation.

• You can track your order on our website at our "Tracking Order" page.
• You need to wait a couple of days for the Tracking Number to update, to be able to see where your package is!

Yes, it's normal. The delivery time in the United States is between 5 to 15 business days(Monday to Friday) for international Shipping is between 10 and 25 business days(Depending on location).
